Construction
From bid to completion, Platt provides quality office and field
management. Whether the project is large or small, Platt works with
quality sub-contractors and the best field crews available in order to meet the owner’s expectations.
Concrete
Our concrete crews are skilled union craftsman. We self perform the forming and pouring of concrete and have been involved with some of the more complex projects in our area. We currently own two concrete pumps, scheduling a pour are seldom a problem. If you look through our completed project page you will see that our concrete crews have worked throughout metro Milwaukee and beyond. Aside from performing the concrete work on our GC projects, we also act as a sub-contractor to companies that need a quality concrete contractor.
Carpentry
A part of our concrete operation, Platt employs a number of form carpenters. We also maintain personnel skilled in rough or finish carpentry. As a GC, we often
find ourselves needing a temporary door, to change a look set, to put up some molding.
Our crew is capable of this and much more. Complete carpentry packages are skillfully
finished on our GC products. We offer the same services as a prime sub-contractor
if you need a few offices renovated or a complete wood structure built and finished,
Platt can produce the quality craftsmanship to merit the standards.
Demolition
Demolition is another aspect of our self performed work. While most of our demolition work is done in conjunction with our general construction work, this is an area of work that we do as prime or sub contractor. As a GC, there always seems to be some subjective demo. Sometimes the project calls for exclusive demolition. Often this is required prior to renovation. We are proud to say we can do both the small, meticulous jobs and the mass demolition with enterprise and safety. As a prime or sub contractor we offer the same experience. Knowledge and planning are keys in any demo jobs, whether it be removing a few partitions or bringing down the structure.
