"Safety isn't a Goal - It's a Requirement"
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I would like to take this opportunity
to introduce you to Platt Safety Services. The topic of safety has moved to the national
forefront. As the workforce today is faced with an emphasis on productivity, many
times the worker's are at risk. The casue of this exposure can be traced back to
lack of planning and organization. Throughout our many years of experience we have
learned that by taking certain preventative measures, such as identifying these
jobsite hazards, we can reduce or eliminate the exposures and associated costs.
If the hazard is eliminated or controlled , the incident will not occur.
Government sources have identified predictable hazards in the workplace and subsequently
have established rules and regulations to address safety in the workplace. When
we do not follow these rules, productivity decreases. Along with injuries and lost
productivity comes and increase in insurance premiums and workers compensation costs.
Platt Safety Services is committed to educating and assisting employers in creating
a safe working enviroment for their employees. Platt Safety Services works with
employers to implement safe wok practices, programs and policies that support the
employees' work needs while improving the business bottom line.
Safety considerations can be integrated in an overall plan. Having the overall plan
implemented correctly will increase productivity along with keeping workers safe.
During a comprehensive inspection, a brief discussion with an employee about an
unsafe condition or upcoming situation can train them for the rest of their lives.
This simple step can result in a substantial savings and more importantly could
save someone's life.
We believe we offer the highest quality safety services and training in southeast
Wisconsin at prices affordable to all organizations. The implementation of our methods
have been applied and proven on the job to work. We have developed the best procedures
and systems to get workers participation in jobsite safety while increasing productivity.
