Convent Hill High-rise: Milwaukee, WI

Provide and install all structural concrete for a 10-story apartment complex to include structural foundations and wall, two cast-in-place elevators shifts, 7000 sf. concrete slab on grade, 14,000 sf. elevated concrete slab on metal deck and site concrete.  Approximately 2250 cubic yards of concrete with 120 tons of reinforcing steel.

Cast-in-place concrete sidewalk, footings seat walls, landing, ramps and stairs.  Also provided and installed cast-in-place concrete.
