Demolition is another service that Platt Construction, Inc. specializes in. Most demolition work is done as a part of the general contract, however, Platt welcomes the opportunity to demolish as sub-contractor. Platt comes in and knocks the old structure down, cleans up the destruction and will create a clean slate for the new structure to be built upon.
